Prepare for NDA with a visual teacher

National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination: every topic on the syllabus, explained out loud with live visuals by a 1:1 AI teacher that stops when you interrupt and checks you got it.

The exam

What is NDA?

NDA is the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination, a university entrance exam (India). A written examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission with a Mathematics paper and a General Ability Test, the latter combining English with general knowledge across sciences, history, geography and current events. Questions are objective with negative marking. Candidates who clear the written stage face the multi-day Services Selection Board process of psychological tests, group tasks and interviews, followed by a medical examination. Physical fitness is assessed alongside academics.

Who takes it: Unmarried young men and women who have completed or are completing Class 12 and want officer training for the Indian Army, Navy or Air Force.

What it tests

NDA subjects and sections

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • General Science
  • History
  • Geography
  • Current Events

Ask any topic from any of these and the tutor pitches the lesson to the exam, with the terms and the depth it expects.

How to prepare

Studying for NDA, step by step

  1. 01

    Prioritise

Mathematics follows the Class 11 and 12 syllabus but demands speed, so drill standard problems until you solve them without hesitation.

  2. 02

    Practise

The general ability paper rewards breadth; keep a running notebook of science basics and current events rather than deep study of any one area.

  3. 03

    Avoid the traps

Start preparing for the Services Selection Board stage early, because it tests personality and teamwork that cannot be revised in a week.

  4. 04

    Ask, then watch

Type or say a topic in your own words; the tutor plans a storyboard, one picture per idea, and explains it step by step.

  5. 05

    Interrupt and check

Say "wait, why?" mid-explanation and it answers on the picture; a checkpoint question ends every lesson.

  6. 06

    Your papers

Upload past papers and notes so the practice follows the exam, and use Tests for graded tests.

Ask it anything

Questions NDA students ask

  • Explain vectors and their applications with simple examples.
  • How do I remember important dates in Indian history?
  • Teach me the basics of Newton's laws for the GAT paper.

Questions

Asked, Answered

Can LetMeTeach help me prepare for NDA?

Yes. Ask any topic from the NDA syllabus and the tutor plans a lesson pitched to the exam, explains it out loud with live visuals, stops when you interrupt, and asks a checkpoint question. Mathematics follows the Class 11 and 12 syllabus but demands speed, so drill standard problems until you solve them without hesitation.

Can I use my own NDA past papers and notes?

Yes. Upload PDFs and images, such as photos of class notes or a past paper, up to 3 files per session and 10 MB each, and the tutor grounds the session in them. The Tests section adds tests from a question bank and AI tests, graded on the server.

Does it teach in the language I study NDA in?
