01A digital service
LetMeTeach, developed and operated by Sripto Corporation Private Limited, is an online teaching service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier times.
Everything you buy is delivered to your LetMeTeach account, online, the moment it is ready.
02When you get access
- Free plan: as soon as you sign up and confirm your email.
- Paid plans: as soon as the payment succeeds, the plan and its allowance are active on your account; you can see them on the billing page in the app. A receipt is sent to your email.
03Where it is available
LetMeTeach works in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection, anywhere we can lawfully offer it. The voice features need a microphone. Some countries may be excluded by law, for example by trade sanctions.
04If access does not arrive
If your payment succeeded but the plan is not active on your account within 24 hours, email founder@letmeteach.in with your account email and the payment reference. We activate the plan, or refund the payment in full as our Refund Policy describes.
