Terms of Service 

These Terms are an agreement between you and Sripto Corporation Private Limited (“Sripto”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India, which develops and operates LetMeTeach: the website letmeteach.in, the learner app on that same site and the services that go with them (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of them.

LetMeTeach is offered worldwide. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement; where these Terms and such a law conflict, the law wins.

If you use LetMeTeach for an organisation, such as a school or a company, you accept these Terms for it and confirm you may bind it.

• LetMeTeach is for learners of any age.
• A parent or guardian may create and manage the account for a child. Where the law where you live says you cannot agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian accepts them for you and makes any payment.
• You must give accurate account details and keep them up to date.
• You may not use LetMeTeach if the law, including trade sanctions, forbids you to, or if we have closed an account of yours for breaking these Terms.

• One account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it or let anyone else learn on it.
• Keep your password and the email inbox that receives your one-time codes secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account until you tell us it has been misused.
• Tell us at founder@letmeteach.in straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

LetMeTeach is a 1:1 real-time visual interactive teaching platform. Depending on your plan, it includes AI lessons that are planned, narrated and visualized on screen in 26 languages, a live voice tutor you can interrupt, doubts answered by voice or text, verified courses, the Tests section with tests from a question bank and AI tests, checkpoints, document uploads and progress records. What each plan includes is shown in the app.

• We improve LetMeTeach all the time, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we remove something central to a paid plan you are on, we tell you first, and you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid.
• Some features may be marked as early or beta. They may change or stop and may not work as fully as the rest.
• We work to keep LetMeTeach available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. It may be paused for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

• Lessons, answers, narration, voices, pictures, feedback and AI tests are generated by AI models from third-party providers: mainly Google, and for particular languages, voices or learners Anthropic, OpenAI or Sarvam. The tutor is always an AI, never a person, and its voices are generated by AI.
• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important answers against your textbook, teacher or another reliable source before relying on them.
• LetMeTeach is for learning. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a school, a teacher or an examination body. We do not guarantee any grade, exam result or admission.
• Verified courses are reviewed by people before learners see them, but they can still contain mistakes. Certificates from LetMeTeach show that you completed a course on LetMeTeach; they are not an academic qualification or accreditation.

LetMeTeach is built to teach, not to do graded work for you: the tutor explains and asks you questions rather than handing over answers to assignments or exams. You are responsible for following the rules of your school, university or exam board, and you must not use LetMeTeach to cheat in any assessment.

• Break any law, or use LetMeTeach to harass, threaten, deceive or harm anyone.
• Seek, create or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises, grooms or endangers a child. We report it to the authorities.
• Try to make the tutor produce content that is hateful, violent, sexual, dangerous or illegal, or try to get around its safety rules.
• Upload other people’s personal data, or material you do not have the right to use.
• Copy, scrape or resell LetMeTeach or its content, access it by automated means, or use it to build or train a competing product or AI model.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or probe the Service, try to extract its prompts or code, get around usage limits or payment, or interfere with its security or with other learners.

• What you type, say and upload stays yours. You give Sripto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only to run, secure and improve the Service and as our Privacy Policy describes. The licence ends when you delete it or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
• You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload and that it does not break anyone’s rights or any law.
• You may use the lessons and answers generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Similar output may be generated for other learners.
• If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

LetMeTeach, its software, the AXI framework, its designs, courses, question banks, visuals and the LetMeTeach name and logo belong to Sripto or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Service for your own learning under these Terms. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.

• Plans: the Free plan needs no card. Each plan includes hours of learning a month, shared across AI lessons, the live voice tutor and doubts. Each plan’s price and hours are shown on the pricing page and in the app before you pay.
• Prices and taxes: prices are in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere, and may differ by region. Prices in India include GST. Where another country requires VAT, GST or sales tax on digital services, it is included in the price or shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for foreign currency.
• Payment: payments are taken by Razorpay, under its terms. The seller is Sripto Corporation Private Limited.
• Delivery: LetMeTeach is delivered online. A paid plan is active on your account as soon as the payment succeeds; nothing is shipped. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month, charged to the payment method you chose, until you cancel. By choosing a monthly plan you authorise those recurring charges.
• Annual plans are paid once for the year and do not renew by themselves. We remind you by email before yours ends.
• Hours reset at the start of each billing cycle; unused time does not roll over. Referral credit is described in the app.
• Changing plan: a new plan starts a fresh allowance month once it is paid, and the old plan’s renewal is cancelled. Plan changes are not pro-rated. An annual plan cannot be switched to another plan mid-year: the change takes effect at renewal, when the year ends.
• Top-ups: where we offer extra hours on top of a plan, their price and what they include are shown in the app before you pay, and these Terms apply to them.
• Failed payments: if a renewal fails, your account is put on hold and the paid allowances pause until a payment succeeds. If the renewal payment keeps failing, after 7 days on hold the account moves to the Free plan; nothing you have learned or saved is lost, and you can buy a plan again at any time.
• Price changes: we tell you before a new price applies to you. It takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

• You can turn off a monthly plan’s renewal at any time from the app, with no fee. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds, the annual money-back guarantee and the withdrawal rights your country gives you are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Apart from that guarantee, those rights and a billing mistake on our side, a payment already made is not refunded; where the guarantee or such a right applies, it prevails over this sentence.
• A full refund of a subscription payment ends the plan it paid for at once, and the account moves to the Free plan.
• Promotions and referral credit have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

• You can stop using LetMeTeach whenever you like and delete your account from the app.
• We may suspend or close an account, or limit a feature, if you break these Terms, if we must by law, to protect a learner or other people, or for fraud or non-payment. Where it is reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
• If we close your paid plan for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you prepaid.
• The sections on your content, our intellectual property, liability, disputes and these general terms continue after an account is closed.

If you believe something on LetMeTeach infringes your copyright or other rights, email founder@letmeteach.in with your contact details, the work you own, where it appears on LetMeTeach and a statement that you are the owner or act for them. We review every notice, remove or disable material that infringes, and close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

LetMeTeach works with services run by others, such as Google sign-in and Razorpay checkout, and may link to other websites. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

• To the extent the law allows, LetMeTeach is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those these Terms state. This does not affect the guarantees consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded, for example in Australia, the European Union, India, New Zealand or the United Kingdom.
• To the extent the law allows, Sripto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunities or grades, arising from the Service.
• To the extent the law allows, Sripto’s total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
• If you use LetMeTeach for an organisation, it will cover Sripto’s losses from claims by others caused by its breach of these Terms or by content it uploads.

• If you have a problem, write to us first at founder@letmeteach.in, so we can try to resolve it. Please give us 30 days to do so before starting a formal claim.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service.
• If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts or consumer forums that those laws allow. In India, that includes the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms as LetMeTeach or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using LetMeTeach; continuing to use it after the change means you accept it.

• These Terms, with the policies they name, are the whole agreement between you and Sripto about the Service.
• If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we may still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your account or these Terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over LetMeTeach, and your rights will not be reduced.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• You agree to receive service messages, such as codes, receipts and notices, by email and in the app. We send notices to the email address on your account; you send notices to founder@letmeteach.in.
• These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and it differs, the English version applies, unless your law requires otherwise.
