Prepare for CFA with a visual teacher

Chartered Financial Analyst Program: every topic on the syllabus, explained out loud with live visuals by a 1:1 AI teacher that stops when you interrupt and checks you got it.

The exam

What is CFA?

CFA is the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, a professional exam (Worldwide). A three-level programme of computer-based examinations. Level I uses multiple-choice questions across all topic areas; Level II uses item sets built on case vignettes; Level III combines item sets with constructed-response questions and offers specialised pathways such as portfolio management or private wealth. Candidates also complete practical skills modules and need qualifying work experience to earn the charter. Ethics is examined at every level and weighs on borderline results.

Who takes it: Finance professionals and students pursuing careers in investment management, research and portfolio management who want the charter from CFA Institute.

What it tests

CFA subjects and sections

  • Ethical and Professional Standards
  • Quantitative Methods
  • Economics
  • Financial Statement Analysis
  • Equity Investments
  • Fixed Income
  • Derivatives
  • Portfolio Management

Ask any topic from any of these and the tutor pitches the lesson to the exam, with the terms and the depth it expects.

How to prepare

Studying for CFA, step by step

  1. 01

    Prioritise

Follow the official curriculum's learning outcome statements as a checklist, since every question is written against one of them.

  2. 02

    Practise

Financial statement analysis and ethics carry weight at every level; revisit them repeatedly rather than treating them as one-time topics.

  3. 03

    Avoid the traps

Level II item sets require reading long vignettes under time, so practise extracting data from cases, not just answering standalone questions.

  4. 04

    Ask, then watch

Type or say a topic in your own words; the tutor plans a storyboard, one picture per idea, and explains it step by step.

  5. 05

    Interrupt and check

Say "wait, why?" mid-explanation and it answers on the picture; a checkpoint question ends every lesson.

  6. 06

    Your papers

Upload past papers and notes so the practice follows the exam, and use Tests for graded tests.

Ask it anything

Questions CFA students ask

  • Explain duration and convexity for fixed income securities.
  • Teach me the dividend discount model with an example.
  • How do I apply the Code and Standards to a case?

Questions

Asked, Answered

Can LetMeTeach help me prepare for CFA?

Yes. Ask any topic from the CFA syllabus and the tutor plans a lesson pitched to the exam, explains it out loud with live visuals, stops when you interrupt, and asks a checkpoint question. Follow the official curriculum's learning outcome statements as a checklist, since every question is written against one of them.

Can I use my own CFA past papers and notes?

Yes. Upload PDFs and images, such as photos of class notes or a past paper, up to 3 files per session and 10 MB each, and the tutor grounds the session in them. The Tests section adds tests from a question bank and AI tests, graded on the server.

Does it teach in the language I study CFA in?

LetMeTeach teaches in 26 languages (including English, Mandarin and Hindi) and plans the lesson in the language you choose rather than translating it. The Free plan includes 7 hours a month with no card.
