Learn Engineering & Mechanics with a visual teacher
Ask "Why does a small gear turn faster than a big one?" and a 1:1 AI teacher plans the lesson, explains it out loud while it visualizes each step, and checks you got it, in 26 languages.
The subject
What is Engineering & Mechanics?
Engineering & Mechanics is the study of how forces act on structures, machines and fluids, and how engineers use that knowledge to design things that work safely. Studying it means learning statics and dynamics, stress and strain, gears and linkages, and the behaviour of fluids, then applying them to beams, shafts, pumps and mechanisms. It is the common foundation of mechanical, civil and many other engineering courses.
Where it is studied: Senior secondary applied physics, polytechnic diplomas and the first years of every engineering degree.
Why pictures
Why Engineering & Mechanics is taught visually
Mechanics is drawn before it is calculated: free-body diagrams of a beam, shear force and bending moment diagrams, gear trains with their ratios, stress-strain curves, velocity diagrams of a linkage, streamlines in a pipe. A sketched beam with its reactions makes equilibrium obvious.
The tutor draws the picture as it speaks, one idea at a time, and answers your doubt on the same picture when you interrupt.

- How do I find the reactions at the supports of a beam?
- Why does a truss member carry only tension or compression?
- What is the difference between stress and pressure?
Questions
Asked, Answered
Can LetMeTeach draw free-body diagrams for my problems?
Yes. Upload a photo of the question and the tutor draws the body, marks every force and moment, and writes the equilibrium equations beside it while explaining aloud. Ask about any arrow and it answers on that diagram.
I learn mechanics in a language other than English. Does that work?
Choose your language and the lesson is planned and explained in it, with labels on the drawing to match. Technical terms are kept where your syllabus uses them, so what you learn lines up with your exam papers.
How can I practise mechanics problems between lessons?
The Tests section offers server-graded tests from a question bank and AI-made tests on the topic you studied. If a problem goes wrong, bring it back to the tutor and ask for a different explanation or a slower walkthrough of that step.
